It's Spring!

These 2 started out pretty much the same until...my cat Trouble..(yes, that's her name & what she does best..lol.) walked all over one of the papers with muddy paws. So the first picture I had to cut out the little girl & paper piece her & restamp the background on green paper. After all that blending I did with copics trying to make green grass too.
I used Phyllis Harris Just Breathe available:http://www.unitystampco.com/product/1554-just-breathe.aspx.I cut & pieced the little girl,
I used memento ink, copics & gelly roll. The top one the background is green bazzill on top of purple bazzil paper & purple thread & a butterfly pin from Websters'. Popups & sigh.

The bottom one. I colored the background with copics trying to make it look like grass ( my first time trying to blend this much area.I also did the dress & flowers with copics. just a bit of gelly roll on the flowers. My daughter had bought some embroidery thread & it split on her so I used the threads on the side for a bit of sparkle.A few staples to hold it all down. Hope you enjoy it. I ad fun with this one. Thanks

  11. Sounds like your cat, Trouble, is somehow related to my dog, Sammy King of Trouble! Both cards are very cute.
